Fifteen students from Jerudong International School (JIS) recently took part in the prestigious 57th Annual Chemistry Olympiad 2025, organised by the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), with remarkable results. All 15 students who participated earned awards: 2 Gold, 10 Silver and 3 Bronze.
Jerudong International School (JIS) hosted its annual Netball Funday on Sunday, 13th April 2025. Over 400 players from over 40 teams across Brunei gathered on the JIS campus, representing their schools or clubs across different age categories, from U8 all the way up to U19.
Jerudong International School (JIS) is incredibly honoured to be featured in the Spear's Schools Index 2025, which highlights the Top 100 leading private schools in the World and the Asia Pacific region. Notably, JIS is one of only 10 schools from the Asia Pacific region to secure a place in the Top 100 ranking.
Jerudong International School (JIS) recently participated in the U13 FOBISIA Games and achieved great success, securing 103 medals across all sports, the highest achieved by a JIS team. Furthermore, the team achieved 1st place in all Football tournaments and Boys Basketball, while also being crowned Overall Winners in Athletics.

Jerudong International School (JIS) is delighted to announce the extraordinary achievement of recent graduate Yong Tsen Lim in the 2024 Outstanding Pearson Learner Awards (OPLA). These awards honour the highest-performing students worldwide in Pearson Edexcel qualifications.
Following the outstanding IGCSE and A Level exam results that students from Jerudong International School (JIS) achieved in 2024, Pearson Education has awarded 13 Outstanding Pearson Learner Awards (OPLAs) to 7 students for receiving the Highest Mark in Brunei Darussalam.
Following the exceptional IGCSE and A Level results achieved by Jerudong International School (JIS) students in 2024, 53 learners have been awarded the prestigious Pearson Excellence Award. This year, fifty-three students from JIS received the Pearson Excellence Award.
