Founded in 1997, Jerudong International School (JIS) is a large, well-established and well-resourced co-educational school. JIS offers a British International curriculum to over 1680 students, from 45 countries, aged 2-18 years, over 200 of whom are boarders. Our well qualified, experienced teachers are primarily from the UK. As the premier independent school in Brunei, JIS serves both Bruneian and expatriate families. Jerudong International School graduates consistently progress to the world's leading universities.
We pride ourselves on providing an education that is not only academically challenging but also seeks to develop the whole student. We are broadly selective but look at each individual child to see what they can bring to our community.
